Return, Exchange, and Warranty Policy

Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, contact Fastfit Motorsports Sdn. Bhd. at +603-2387 3333 and email photos of the product you received, including manufacturer and shipping labels, to fastfitmotorsports@gmail.com. Please retain the original packaging and labels in their original condition.

Our customer service team will promptly assist with your request, providing guidance and instructions to facilitate a smooth return process.


Return for Full Refund or Exchange

Eligibility: Returns must be made within 90 days of the delivery date.

  • Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Product Condition: Only unused tires that have not been mounted or driven on are eligible for return.
  • Rejections: Fastfit Motorsports reserves the right to reject returns if the product has been mounted, used, or damaged.

Tires mounted on rims are not eligible for return.

Unauthorized returns without prior approval will not be accepted.


Returns for Tire Age or Incorrect Specifications

Tire Age: Returns based on tire age are accepted, but buyers must cover return shipping. If the production year is undisclosed, buyers agree to receive tires in new condition regardless of age.

Incorrect Specifications or Size: Returns are accepted for incorrect tire specifications, but buyers must cover return shipping. Before placing an order, buyers should confirm that tire size and specifications suit their vehicle.

Important: Once mounted, tires are no longer eligible for return, even if incorrect specifications were ordered. Buyers must verify the brand, model, size, and specifications upon receipt before mounting.


Incorrect or Damaged Shipments

If the product is not as advertised or is incorrect, contact our customer service for assistance and a free return or exchange.

If the product was damaged during shipping, notify customer service immediately to address the issue.

If a fulfillment error occurs on our part or by the carrier, the buyer is eligible for a free return or exchange.


Order Cancellation Policy

Orders are processed quickly after payment verification. While we aim to accommodate cancellation requests, we cannot guarantee cancellations if the order has already shipped. If the cancellation is unsuccessful, our team will notify the buyer to coordinate a potential return.


Treadlife and Mileage Warranty

Fastfit Motorsports does not offer treadlife or mileage warranties. However, some manufacturers may provide such warranties. We strive to accurately present the information provided by manufacturers, but we do not endorse, assume, or promote these warranties. All tires are sold as-is.


Manufacturer’s Warranty Policy

If merchandise is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, the warranty is extended to the buyer. We are happy to assist with warranty claims, but Fastfit Motorsports offers no additional warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Purchasing from Fastfit Motorsports may void the manufacturer’s warranty, as all products are sold as-is.


Limitation of Liability

By placing an order, the buyer agrees to the terms outlined in this policy. All products are sold without any express or implied warranties beyond those described here. Fastfit Motorsports disclaims liability for any consequential damages, losses, or business interruptions beyond the scope of this policy.


Refunds and Exchanges

A refund or exchange will be processed once the returned product has been received and inspected. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
